We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2024, at the age of 73, Dorothy E. Kerns of West Alexander, Pennsylvania, born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Herbert Doman and Martha Doman. She is survived by : her husband Robert W. Kerns; her sons, Ronald E. Horr (Hatsumi), George B. "Benji" Horr (Tammi), James L. Horr (Yitka), Patrick R. Kerns (Amanda) and Robert A. "Elick" Kerns (Jodi); her grandchildren, Marina Oshiro, Kazuma Horr, Masato Horr, Victoria McDonald (Dalton), Matthew Horr, Alexis Kerns, Aleah Kerns, James Horr, Jr., Wiley Kerns and Autumn Kerns; and her great grandchild Braylon McDonald.
