He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rawlins and Phyllis Rawlins. He is survived by: the mother of his children Donna Rawlins; his children, Cam Johnson (Dan) and Nicholas Rawlins (Abby); his grandsons, Nate, Carsen, Brice and Tucker; his significant other Kim Taylor; and his pet Milo.
