He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Kelly and Pauline Walton Kelly; his former spouse Adelyene I. Kelly (Izzi); and his brother Wilbur Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Karen Cassidy (Jack), Doreen Kelly and Steven Kelly (Donna); his sister Betty Gincley; his grandchildren, John Malacinski, Shawn Cassidy, Steven Kelly Jr., Matthew Kelly and Kara Miller; and his great grandchildren, Aaron Kelly, Grace Kelly, Audrey Kelly, Sophie Miller, Vivian Miller and Madison Miller.
Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery West Chester, PA, In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Richard B.
