She was predeceased by : her parents, John Cooper and Edna Cooper; and her husband William Baxter. She is survived by : her children, Pamela A. Manning-Smith (Courtney) and William J. Baxter (April); her grandchildren, Greg, Scott, Kari and Leigh Ann; her great grandchildren, Wes and June; and her brother Roy Cooper (Pam).
