She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hoff and Ruth Hoff; her husband William "Buzz" Drexler Van Riper, Jr.; and her sister Kathleen Carje. She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" D. III, Jacob H. (Christina) and Alexandra C. O'Hara; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Zoey, Kellen, Morgan, Kathleen and Teaghan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
