He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fitzpatrick and Rosemary Fitzpatrick; and his brother Timothy Fitzpatrick (Lisa). He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Fitzpatrick (Renee) and Rose Nelson (Edward). He is also survived by five nephews, two nieces, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
