She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Farmer and Doris Tinder Farmer (late Everett R. Tinder, Sr.). She is survived by: her husband Donald V. Welsh; her son Shawn Welsh (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Elaina, Nicolette and Luca Welsh; and her siblings, Jane Hess, Dru Rice, Doug Farmer and Allen Farmer.
