He was predeceased by: his father Harold E. Rulon Jr.; and his siblings, Steven L. Rulon, H. Randy Rulon and S. Jean Oakes. He is survived by: his mother Mary Baer Rulon; and his siblings, William M. Rulon, Nina R. Ferrier and Timothy G. Rulon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
