With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Stevenson of West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 29, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Stevenson and Joan S. Nekervis; and his daughter-in-law Karen S Stevenson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra D. Stevenson; his children, David K. Stevenson of Exton and Carrie Gillespie (Robert) of Spring Mills, PA; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Rebekah, Nicholas Gillespie, Jack, Ryan, William and Cole Stevenson; and his siblings, John S. Stevenson of Abilene, TX and Lynne Hammans of Lusby, MD. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Fierce Foundation (http://www.fierce-foundation.org). The Fierce Foundation is a registered 501 (c) 3 based in West Chester, Pennsylvania and was founded in 2020 in memory of Karen Stevenson to support those battling rare cancers.

Amazing Grace allowed my folks George + Jackie Nagorny to live next door to Sandy + Dave these past 2 decades ~ WOW a blessing of a lifetime!! Lots + lots of fun…now we’ll support Ms. Sandy + anxiously await our heavenly reunion with our new angel Dave. George loves Dave like a brother, we do too ~ His wings were ready but our hearts were not. Peace”
