Philipps (Kay); his grandchildren, Lauren Philipps Foster (Kevin), Shannon Oosterhous and Timothy Oosterhous (TJ); his brother Raymond Philipps (Tanya); his grandchildren, Edward, Tiffany Brett, Alena Thalput, Nicholas Thalheimer-Wells and Savannah Thalheimer-Wells; and also, Will Thalheimer, Elizabeth T. Brett (Michael), John Thalheimer (Marla) and Andrew Thalheimer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
