We bid farewell to Edward Pacitti of West Chester, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 19, 2026 at the age of 91. Edward touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Pacitti and Antionette Pacitti; his brother Emil Pacitti; and his wife Kathleen Pacitti. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Wileczek (Mark), Ted Pacitti (Suzanne), Patti Cattin (Andy), Beth Garahan (John), Michael Pacitti and Kim Calabria (Glen). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
