He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Yarnall and Gertrude Gregg Yarnall; and his siblings, Irwin W. Yarnall, William "Bud" Yarnall, Elsie Yarnall, Fannie Court and Ruth Peterka.

He is survived by: his nephew Thomas R. Yarnall of Coatesville, PA. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
