He is survived by: his wife Janice Russell; his children, Evan Russell, III and Ruthann Mowday (Brian); his grandchildren, Brianna Cummins (Owen) and Kyle Mowday; his sister Caroline Morris (George); and his sisters-in-law, Donna Russell and Marlene Fox. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
