He is survived by: his significant other Elnora Brown; and his sisters, Constance M. Baxter of Fairborn, Ohio, Maxine R. Bailey of Mountville, Pennsylvania and Jennifer L. Bailey of Lancaster. He is also survived by several Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
