He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph McAdams and Helen Tierney McAdams; his son Francis David McAdams (Bob); his great grandchild Adler Lynes; and his sister Patricia McAdams.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne McDonald McAdams; his children, JoAnne Osborn (Edward) and James McAdams; his grandchildren, Maureen, Heather (Nicholas Ward), Caitlin (Matthew Lynes) and Jaime; his great grandchild Dawson Lynes; and his sibling Hellon Fallon (Michael).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the St. Agnes Church (233 W Gay St, West Chester, PA 19380). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the St. Agnes Cemetery (1050 Pottstown Pike, West Chester, PA 19380).
