It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Williar of West Chester, Pennsylvania, born in Petersburg, Virginia, who passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Frank shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Frank farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Carroll Williar (Deis); his daughter Kelsey Bucciaglia (Williar); his brother Jim Williar of Charlottesville; and his mother Kathleen Williar (Miller).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Frank's memory to either of his favorite charities: the SPCA (https://bvspca.org) or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
