He is survived by: his wife Gail Davis (Carpenter); his children, Gwen Prestwood (John), Lee Davis (Sandy) and Sharon Davis; and his stepchildren, Jaime Thurber (Christopher) and Jonathan Carpenter (Jade). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
