She is survived by: her husband Valerian DeSousa; her children, Kehan DeSousa and Dhario DeSousa; her son-in-law Daniel Grant; her grandson Jesse DeSousa Grant; and her siblings, Usha Ramamurthi and Ramanathan Vishwanathan. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
