He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harper and Mary Harper; and his brothers, John, Joe, Jim and Tom Harper.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Harper; his children, Keith, Geoffrey and Jillian Quinn (Sean); and his grandchildren, Michael, Russell and Harper Quinn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
