He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Parker and Alberta Gillie Parker; and his siblings, Pauline Parker, Charlotte Easton, Rebecca Parker, Anna Parker, Mary Ann Parker, Lavinia Summers, Albert Parker, Jessie Parker, Melvin "Bud" Parker, Daniel Parker and Andrew Parker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Genova Parker of Columbia and Marie Parker of Las Vegas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
