He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert A. Fell Sr. and Virginia Fell; and his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Russ Fell (Shannon) and Beth Hutchinson (Brian); his sister Gayle Rocco; and his grandchildren, Max Hutchinson, Samantha Hutchinson, Kevin Fell and Ty Hutchinson.
