He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Raymond Shupard Jr. and Marguerite Lillian Maule; his brother Elwood Shupard (late Kathryn); and his sister-in-law Sandra Shupard. He is survived by: his spouse Tacie Shupard; his sons, Keith Robert Shupard and Daniel Spencer Shupard (Dolores); his grandson Ryan Jameson Shupard; his brothers, Arthur Shupard (Martha) and Ralph Shupard III; and his sister-in-law Juanita Rucker. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
While interment will be private, the family suggests honoring Howard's memory through donations and support to the Coatesville VA Medical Center (https://www.cdceportal.va.gov), 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320 and by extending assistance to active military, police, and firefighters in your local community in lieu of flowers.
