He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Calkins and Jane Calkins (Zimmerman). He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Calkins (Riley); his daughters, Teresa Hollingsworth (Bill), Pauline Baur (Karl) and Rosalie White (Mike); and his grandchildren, Skylar, Ainsley, Rosalie, Krew, Elise, Paige, Pauline, William and Alix.
