He was predeceased by: his parents, James Morris Hulsizer and Jacqueline Alice Miller. He is survived by: his son Lucas; his sisters, Mary Harris (Dave) of Gautier, MS and Beth Hulsizer (Thomas Leavesley) of Levittown, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Julia Carleton (Nicholas Carleton) and Thomas Dietz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
