She is survived by: her children, Donna Sadowitz (Chris), Jack Jr., Brenda Bellinger (Brian) and Jennifer Bohs (Dennis); her grandchildren, Jessica, Daniel, Michelle, Naomi, Alexis, Nicole, Steven, Emily, Allison, Evan, Benjamin, Ashley, Melanie and Lindsey; her great grandchildren, Athenia, Joey and Josey; and her sister Sally Bloodsworth.
