He is survived by: his mother Irene Marie; his siblings, Joe Moyer Jim (Maggie) and Jennifer Washkalavitch (Joe); and his nieces and nephews, Marjorie (Jake), Lindsay, Emily, Natalie, Nicole, Kian, Liana and Chas.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (233 W Gay St, West Chester, PA 19380). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Agnes Day Room, at the above address, where Jack was welcomed every day and loved the community there.
