He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Timothy and Mary Anne O'Reilly; and his siblings, Hubert O'Reilly, Terry O'Reilly Mellon, Larry O'Reilly, Brian O'Reilly and Frances O'Reilly Wankmuller.

He is survived by: his daughters, Angela M. O'Reilly Fow (late Fred) and Kathleen T. O'Reilly Kick (Mitch); his former wife Angela M. O'Reilly; his grandchildren, Katherine Fow, Christina Fow, Olivia Brown (Kolby), Nicholas Kick, Colin Kick and Brandon Kick; his great grandchild Sophia Fow; and his brother Charles O'Reilly. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
