He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lesko; his son John T. Lesko, Jr. (Jessica); and his grandsons, John and Jackson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saints Peter and Paul Church (1325 Boot Rd, West Chester, PA 19380). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Good Fellowship Ambulance & EMS Training Institute (https://www.goodfellowship.com), which provides the West Chester community with medical services and educational programs, in John's memory.
