He is survived by: his mother Bertha May Nicholson; his wife Dorothy Kennedy; his brothers, James Nicholson (Janet) and David Nicholson (Linda); his nieces and nephews, Bryan Nicholson (Catie), Megan Marcinko (William), Bradley Nicholson (Jessica) and Ryan McCabe (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Avery, Sawyer, Grayson, Laura, Harper, Graeme, James, Layla and Rory.
