He was predeceased by: his wife MaryAnn Congialdi; his parents, Joseph Congialdi and Mary Congialdi; his brother Vincent Congialdi; and his niece Mary Ann Hannum.

He is survived by: his nephews, Joseph Congialdi (Lena) and Vincent Congialdi (Leslie); his niece Theresa Yeoell (Joseph); his cousins, Larry Petrone and Arlene Fee; and his stepchildren, Allison Ward (Thomas), William E. Morton, Jr. and Richard T. Morton. He is also survived by his step-grandchildren, and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
