He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Cacchio and Mary T. Carozza Cacchio; his father-in-law Senator Robert J. Thompson; and his close friend Marty Sabin. He is survived by: his wife Amy L. Cacchio (Thompson); his children, Andrew, Brendon and Sophia; his sister Patricia Cacchio Boyle (Eddie); his mother-in-law Nancy Blackman Thompson; his sister-in-law Melissa Thompson Fry (Michael); his nephews, Michael (Karen), David (Julie), Stephen Boyle (Louisa) and Curtis Fry; and his friends, Bob Cellucci and Jim LeBresco. He is also survived by many great nephews and great nieces, numerous cousins.
