He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dowling; his former wife Eve Dowling Smith; and his children, Joseph Dowling and Michelle Dowling. He is also survived by many relatives, friends, and neighbors.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. (410 N Church St, West Chester, PA 19380).
