He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret and Leo. He is survived by: his wife Libby; his children, Christy Pegg (Dave), Tim, Kenan and Carolyn Phillip (Chas); his grandchildren, Hayden, Ryan, Logan, Mason Pegg, Hudson, Charlotte and Phoebe; and his brothers, Leo (Joan), Stephen (Gene) and Mark (Anne).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Katharine of Siena Church (104 S Aberdeen Ave, Wayne, PA 19087). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Help Hope Live in support of Joe's wife, Libby Judge, with her ongoing care and out-of-pocket medical expenses.
