She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Lewis Jr. Born; and her parents, Edward Johnson and Florence Shoemaker Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, James E. Lewis III, David L. Lewis and Scott E. Lewis; her grandchildren, Erin N. Mortzfield and Shannon M. O'Keefe; and her great grandchildren, Easton, Tyler and Mason.
