We first met working emergency veterinary shifts together, and I’ll never forget the days we spent snowed in at the ER hospital during a blizzard, caring for animals side by side. Her deep love for animals was evident to everyone who knew her. I will miss her. My heartfelt condolences to her family and all who loved her. I hope Karen is now at peace, reunited with the beloved pets and loved ones she cherished. Liza”
