Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kathleen Dugan of West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 73, on October 5, 2025. As Kathleen departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kathleen. Though Kathleen may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jack Dugan and Mary Dugan; and her siblings, Jack Dugan (Maggie), Annmarie Hagan (Jack), Jim Dugan (Chris) and Mary Beth Diamond (Greg). She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. George Church (11 Lamont Ave, Glenolden, PA 19036). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Peter & Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
