She is survived by: her husband Gerald M. Collins; her sons, Tyler Christian and Derrick Lee; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Ann; and her grandchildren, Claire Lee and Cameron Ronald.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Francis Vale Home for Smaller Animals, 328 Upper Gulph Rd., Radnor, PA 19087.
