She was predeceased by : her parents, William Starkey and Sarah Starkey; and her husband William "Bill" R. Bacher. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Stephanie (Rick), Billy (Dana), Chris, Kim (Kevin), Gerard (Liz), Michael (Meghan) and Emilie; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Bacher (Nancy), James Bacher (Norma) and Margaret McMichael (Philip). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
