He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. DiStefano and Catherine M. DiStefano; and his son Louis DiStefano Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sister Mildred Donato; his children, Kim DiStefano, Donald DiStefano (Mary), Anthony DiStefano, Caroline Reaney (Matt) and Rip Saling (Lindsay); and his grandchildren, Katey Simmons, Monica DiStefano, Dominick DiStefano, Blake Reaney, Logan Reaney and Marleigh Saling. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
