He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, John (Beth), Sharon, Ann (Ted) and Christopher (Jeanette); his siblings, Robert (Liz), Carolyn and Linda; his grandchildren, Adam (Lauren), Mia (Connor), Megan (Roman) of Cayla, JR, Annie, Devyn, Tristen, Carley, Luke, Olivia and Stella; and his great grandchildren, Emory, Noah and Sloane. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mainline Health Homecare and Hospice or to the United States Veterans in Luke's memory.
