She was predeceased by: her parents, Adelbert Smith and Florence Smith; and her brother Raymond Smith of Silver Lake, OH.. She is survived by: her nephews, Dr Robert W Smith of St. Louis, MO, Joseph Smith of West Chester, PA and Richard Smith of Charlotte, NC; and her niece Margaret Ann Chappell of Bonita Springs, FL.
