He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hadley Mackey and Virginia Kathryn Laffey Mackey; and his brother John "Jake" Myron Mackey. He is survived by: his wife Anna Mackey; his children, Mark Steven Mackey (Amy), Marcia Lyn Mackey, Michael John Bradly (Dawn) and Joseph Christopher Mackey (Sarah); his grandchildren, Keegan, Ellie, Reese, Sophia, Kaia, Bowman, Meghan and Conner; and his sister Lorrie Ditz.
