He was predeceased by: his wife Myrna I. Fahey; and his parents, John Michael Fahey and Maryellen Hall Fahey. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Marie Voigt (Lou) and Andrea Maria Ryan (Edward); his grandchildren, Addison, Chase, Gavin, Braden, Aubree, Carly and Olivia; and his sister Alice Landenberger (James Davis). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
