He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Olsavsky; his children, Katherine Olsavsky Holzworth (Bill Holzworth), Sarah Olsavsky (Scott Fisher) and Adam Olsavsky (Cindy Olsavsky); his grandchildren, Emily Holzworth, Elizabeth Holzworth, Abigail Holzworth, Garrett Holzworth, Madeline Bohrer, Antonia Fisher, Lena Olsavsky and Ethan Olsavsky; and his sister Carol Olsavsky Wentz (Lou Wentz).
