Plunkett of West Chester, Pennsylvania, born in Darby, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 26, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Plunkett and Regina E. Duffy Plunkett. He is survived by: his brother Dr. John H. Plunkett (Suzanne) of Unionville.
