She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Carter and Mildred Carter; and her siblings, Earlene Walls and Harold Carter. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer C. Joyner-Hall (David A. Hall, III), Nicole M. Joyner and Jacqlyn A. Joyner; her grandson David A. Hall, IV; and her brother Jeffrey Stanton. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
