With sadness, we share the passing of Patrick D'Iorio Loundas in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Patrick, born on September 28, 1991, passed away on August 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Jeana Mobley; his parents, Craig Loundas and Dana Loundas; his brothers, Evan Loundas (Olivia Kahle) and Sergei Loundas; his niece Josephine Loundas; his parents-in-law, Steven and Jeannine Mobley; his brother-in-law Brian Mobley (Alyssa); and his nephew Carter Mobley. He is also survived by extended family, friends, and coworkers.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (10 W Pleasant Grove Rd, West Chester, PA 19382). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting donations to two organizations that touched Pat's life. Stupid Cancer (Donate - Stupid Cancer) is a leader in building the young adult cancer community.
