He was predeceased by: his brother G. Robert Kincade; and his parents, George M. Kincade and Ruby D. Kincade. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Brown Kincade; his children, Michael J. Kincade (Maryellen), Stephen F. Kincade (Linda), Thomas P. Kincade (Polly Carlton), Timothy J. Kincade (Kate), Maryellen Kelly (David) and Denise A. Antich (TJ); and his stepchildren, Daniel Brown (Ayesha), Kathleen McCarron (Ken) and Patrick Brown.
