He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter P. DiNicola and Anne DiNicola. He is survived by: his wife Eileen M. DiNicola; his sons, Patrick DiNicola (Michelle) and William S. DiNicola (Donna); his grandchildren, Teague, Olivia, Ansley and Adelina; his brother Donald DiNicola; his niece Sara Cochrane (Tim); his great-nieces, Emily and Ella; and his niece Katie Ryan (Max).
