He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bliffen and Mildred Bliffen (Brown); and his sister Eileen Haffner (Bliffen). He is survived by: his spouse Gail Bliffen; his children, Jessica Bliffen (Bruce W. Charsha) of Parkesburg and Jason Bliffen (Alix Bliffen) of Goose Creek, SC; his siblings, James Bliffen (Denise Markoff) and Rose Feldeverd (Nick); his grandchildren, Paislee Brock, Bryce Bliffen, Greyson Bliffen, Aaralynn Bliffen and Kayleigh Bliffen; and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Todd, Eric, Francee and Rebeka.
